TuffStuff Assembly & Installation

A TuffStuff multi-gym can have several exercise stations sharing a frame or resistance arrangement. Assembly must preserve the intended relationship between those stations, their cables, and the user's entry points. We plan the installation around the model's station layout and the room's practical circulation space. Equipment covered: Multi-station home gyms; Selectorized strength equipment; Benches and plate-loaded configurations. Planning your installation: Provide the model label and station layout, including any add-on leg or cable station. For used equipment, send disassembly photos and identify cables or hardware that were removed without labels. A complete assembly diagram is especially useful for a multi-station rebuild. Shared-frame station sequence: Check the order of frame connections so later stations, pads, or moving arms can be installed without forcing alignment or trapping a cable route. Station-specific cable identification: Where cables are fitted, match them to the correct station and diagram. Length and termination style must be verified rather than selecting a cable because it appears to reach. Entry, adjustment and moving-arm space: Inspect applicable seats, pivots, pads, stops, and access areas across each installed station, not only the station facing the room entrance. Handover: Each installed station is reviewed in turn. Any missing cable identification, hardware, or documentation that limits a used-machine rebuild is explained before the job is considered complete. Fix Fitness provides independent assembly services. Brand names identify the equipment being assembled and do not imply manufacturer authorization or affiliation. Request an equipment-specific assembly quote using our request form.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can a disassembled TuffStuff multi-gym be rebuilt after a move?
Request a review with the model, manual, parts photos, and any disassembly labels. Reassembly depends on identifying the correct components and checking their condition, not just reconnecting the frame.
