Titan Fitness orders can arrive as several cartons containing a rack, plate-loaded station, cable attachment, or separate storage components. Our assembly planning starts by separating those jobs and confirming which pieces form one system. That helps avoid building a large frame before the necessary attachment hardware or room access has been accounted for. Equipment covered: Racks and squat stands; Plate-loaded strength stations; Cable attachments and equipment storage. Planning your installation: Send the item numbers and carton count for the complete order, not just the largest item. Tell us about back-ordered pieces, separately purchased attachments, floor slopes, and plate storage that will sit alongside the installed equipment. Carton-to-component inventory: Identify the hardware packs and frame sections belonging to each item. Missing or mismatched parts are flagged rather than substituted with an unverified fastener. Plate-loaded station clearance: For applicable machines, check the specified pivot assembly and loading areas, including clearance for plates to be installed and removed without contacting a wall or neighboring unit. Rack and storage placement: Check the assembled footprint, attachment positions, level contact, and model-specific stability requirements. Storage loading and anchoring follow the supplied documentation. Handover: We review the installed items separately, including adjustment points and any outstanding components. Delivery completeness and installation completion are recorded as different questions. Fix Fitness provides independent assembly services. Brand names identify the equipment being assembled and do not imply manufacturer authorization or affiliation. Request an equipment-specific assembly quote using our request form.
