REP installations often combine a rack with separately selected cable attachments, storage, or bench options. The challenge is understanding the whole configuration before assembly, not simply erecting the rack. We plan frame connections and attachment clearances together so the installed system fits both its instructions and the room in which it will be used. Equipment covered: Power racks and rack accessories; Rack-integrated cable systems; Adjustable benches and storage. Planning your installation: List the rack series, attachment names, upright height, and weight-stack or plate-loaded option where relevant. Include photos showing ceiling height and space behind the rack, since a cable attachment can change the installation footprint. Rack and attachment compatibility: Compare supplied brackets, spacers, and mounting locations with the instructions for the actual rack-and-attachment combination. Similar-looking attachment hardware is not automatically interchangeable. Cable travel through the complete build: For a cable-equipped configuration, check pulley placement, cable routing, stops, and free movement throughout the specified range after the frame and storage are installed. Bench and accessory working space: Check that the intended bench and supplied accessories can be positioned without unwanted contact with rear uprights, cable stations, or stored plates. Handover: We walk through cable-height adjustments where fitted, bench positioning, and the attachment changeover points. The final review uses the purchased configuration, not a generic rack checklist alone. Fix Fitness provides independent assembly services.
