Inspire home-gym assembly often concentrates on selectorized resistance, adjustable exercise positions, and cable movement through a compact frame. A machine may look complete before its weight stacks and cables are ready to operate correctly. Our installation review follows the exact station arrangement and resistance system supplied with your model. Equipment covered: Selectorized home gyms; Dual-adjustable cable trainers; Multi-station gym configurations. Planning your installation: Send the model, stack configuration, attachment list, and planned bench position. Confirm the room's working dimensions rather than only the machine's published footprint, and tell us whether the cartons are already in the final room. Stack and guide-rod alignment: On selectorized models, inspect the specified plate order, guide-rod installation, selector engagement, and movement without binding. Lubrication is only applied where and as the manufacturer specifies. Cable routing at each station: Trace each fitted cable through its intended pulleys and retainers, and check the relationship between handle travel and stack movement. Seat, arm and trolley adjustments: Check fitted adjustment mechanisms through their intended settings, including locking pins and clear movement without frame or cable interference. Handover: We demonstrate selector-pin use, station adjustments, and unloaded movement checks. Customers can identify the intended cable path and the settings that need to be secured before exercise.
