Body Solid assembly can range from a single bench to a multi-station home gym with optional exercise attachments. Add-ons change more than the finished appearance: they may alter cable routing, footprint, and the order in which the base machine should be built. We quote the full configuration so those dependencies can be considered in advance. Equipment covered: Multi-gym and selectorized stations; Functional trainers and cable attachments; Benches and plate-loaded machines. Planning your installation: List the base machine and every optional attachment, such as a separately supplied station or accessory. For second-hand units, include cable-end photos and a hardware inventory. Tell us whether the order includes weight-stack upgrades or additional resistance components. Base machine and option reconciliation: Confirm which instructions apply to the base frame and to each supplied option, including any changed brackets or connection points. Cable terminations and pulley retainers: On cable models, inspect the specified routing, end fittings, and retention hardware. A cable is not tensioned to hide an incorrect path or missing component. Stack and station travel: Check fitted selectorized components, attachment movement, and station access with the complete purchased configuration assembled. Handover: We review each installed option and identify which adjustment points belong to it. Future add-ons should be checked for compatibility rather than assumed to fit an existing frame.
