Assault equipment belongs in an assembly plan even when a home-gym project is mostly strength equipment. Its air bikes, rowers, and manual treadmills have moving operating envelopes that differ from a weight machine. Our assembly scope is based on the actual Assault product being installed, rather than assuming that every brand in a gym needs cable or weight-stack work. Equipment covered: Air-resistance exercise bikes; Rowing equipment; Manual treadmill configurations. Planning your installation: Send the product name, carton condition, delivery status, and intended room layout. Note any stairs and whether the machine needs to pass through a narrow doorway before its handles, seat, or console supports are fitted. Moving-handle and pedal clearance: For an applicable air-bike model, check handle assembly, pedal identification, seat adjustment, and surrounding space without applying strength-machine procedures to cardio equipment. Model-specific frame connections: Inspect the supplied frame connections, stabilizers, and fasteners against the assembly instructions. A rower's rail connection and a treadmill's frame require different handling. Display and operational checks: Fit the console and any specified batteries or connections, then check the available display and movement functions. Connectivity or third-party account setup is a separate concern. Handover: The handover focuses on getting on and off safely, adjustment points, clear movement space, and the controls supplied with that model. It is not a weight-stack commissioning service. Fix Fitness provides independent assembly services. Brand names identify the equipment being assembled and do not imply manufacturer authorization or affiliation.
