Mikolo home-gym systems can combine several training functions inside one frame. The installation needs to account for the actual rack, cable, and guided-bar options supplied, since a compact footprint can still require considerable movement space. We organize the build around those interacting components rather than treating the frame as a standalone rack. Equipment covered: All-in-one home-gym frames; Rack and cable combinations; Guided-bar configurations where supplied. Planning your installation: Send the exact product listing or model, resistance option, and a photo of every carton. Show the ceiling and intended wall clearance, and identify whether plates and a bench will need to fit within the same training area. Integrated-system build order: Review when guides, pulleys, uprights, and crossmembers must be fitted so later steps do not require improvised frame changes. Guided and cable movement separation: Where both are fitted, check each system independently through its specified travel and inspect for interference with brackets, storage, or other moving components. Stops, safeties and adjustment points: Inspect the supplied stops and locking mechanisms using the actual manual. No accessory or safety component is presumed compatible solely because it fits an opening. Handover: We explain the different operating paths within the combined machine and identify the adjustment or safety points associated with each installed function.
